Thanks to everyone who is getting behind our #WellbeingWarriors movement to champion positive mental health, psychosocial safety and wellbeing culture in our industry and our workforces. Thanks to the awesome Jimi Hunt, all of the RCSA members and partner community who came along to our recent Mental Fitness for Recruiters have some practical ways to work on it, get mentally fitter and gain all the benefits associated with that. Disregard it and we slowly slip down the continuum into severe discomfort.
Our mental health is on a continuum, we all have it, just like we have physical fitness. So it’s no surprise that we value grit and resilience. Ask anyone who’s been working in our industry & profession for a while, what it’s like to work in recruitment, and they’ll tell you it’s akin to champagne and razor blades.
